Correction of the nose
When should you think about correcting your nose?
The nose is one of the most visible and eye-catching parts of the face. At the same time, it is one of the elements the least- liked by us, and – as the statistics show – an extremely common source of serious complexes. Dissatisfaction with its aesthetics significantly affects self-esteem and everyday well-being, which is why so many people decide to correct and eliminate the problem. Nasal correction procedures are a great alternative to surgical procedures – they are less invasive and do not require a long recovery period.
The nasal correction treatment line is dedicated to:
- the occurrence of imperfections of the nasal line, e.g. the mounds on the nasal bridge,
- the dissatisfaction with the shape of the nose, e.g. from its ending – the dropping tip,
- the unsatisfactory size of the nose,
- the unsightly-looking separation of cartilage on the tip of the nose.
What can be the cause of defects in the construction and appearance of the nose?
Individual genetic determinants are undoubtedly the most common reason for the lack of satisfaction with the appearance of the nose, e.g. in the case of a narrow base or divided cartilage. Sometimes, however, the problem are changes resulting from an injury, or from the progressive aging process. With the passage of time, the nose is optically enlarged and its apex drops, which causes dissatisfaction and desire to get rid of other signs of old age. It also happens that the procedure is used to improve the not fully satisfactory effects of previous plastic surgery of the nose that the patient has undergone.
Nose correction goals
The goal of surgical treatment is fully dependent on the patient’s expectations. The use of innovative non-surgical techniques allows a significant improvement in the appearance of the nose – allows, among others reconstruction of the volume of the nasal bridge, its optical reduction, raising the apex and smoothing its lines.
